Cancellation Policy
To ensure the availability of optimal scheduling options for my guests, I kindly request a 24-hour notice should you need to alter, reschedule or cancel your visit with me. I'm here to accommodate you - the more advance notice you give me, the better I can serve you and other guests.
Cancellations within less than 24 hours may result in being blocked from online booking and are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service total, payable prior to scheduling another appointment. Enforcing this policy ensures that I can offer appointment slots to waitlisted guests and maintain my schedule to serve everyone effectively. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Late Arrival and No-Shows
Please allow yourself extra time to park so you can arrive stress-free and be ready to enjoy your visit. A 15-minute grace period is allotted from the scheduled start time of your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service, such as no blow dry. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled due to extreme tardiness, a fee equal to 50% of the service total will be incurred and is payable prior to scheduling another appointment.

Guarantee of Services
I strive my absolute best to ensure guest satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your service, please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to make adjustments at no additional charge. Please note that this guarantee does not apply if I provided a service that was thoroughly discussed and agreed upon during your consultation.

All color and specialty treatments are guaranteed provided you use professional products (recommended or approved by me) to maintain your look at home. Using non-professional products can lead to color fading, damage or other undesirable outcomes, which compromises this guarantee.
